I have been taking our company Ford Transit (2023) to this dealership for 2.5 + years. When we purchased the vehicle, we got the 125K maintenance warranty so I have been in the service dept every 6-7K miles for routine maintenance and oil changes. We have almost right at 100K miles on our delivery van rn. So you can see, alot of visits. I have seen at least 6-7 different service advisors and to be very honest, for the last 2 visits, I have found what I would consider to be their best, Dave Reveron. He treats you with the dignity and respect you should ALWAYS receive and is extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. He actually listens to what you have to say. How refreshing.
