2014 Ford Mustang review
After driving a 2022 Camaro convertible on vacation in 2022, I told my wife I would like to have a convertible for the summer. So knowing the Mustang V6 had 30 hp more than the turbo 4 in the Camaro I started searching. A decent 14 with 69k miles turned up at a local dealer so we took for a test drive. It was a NJ car but only driven in summer based on miles I assume. It is fairly responsive when you mash the peddle down hard but not as fast as my 12 Acura TL with 25 less hp. It also has an after market Flowmaster exhaust and has a nice little growl for V6. That being said it was more about the experience and just driving with the top down. Overall the interior layout is nice and great for two people. It has pretty responsive steering and handles the bumps much better than I thought. The shaker audio system sucks, pretty muddy sounding on radio and Sirius, just slightly better using the songs on my phone connected through Sync. The engine and transmission are more responsive in sport mode but leave a lot to be desired, you really have to put foot into pedal to get a response. There is also a flat spot when rpm's hit between 2000-3000 under medium to hard acceleration, really bad engineering from Ford and is a known issue. I learned from the Mustang groups you have to buy a tuner to reflash the ECM. It takes care of the soft electronic accelerator and bad shift points. (that is my project for 2024). The top goes up and down smoothly and you still have room in trunk for two sets of golf clubs(smaller bags). The top has some cracks in seams and missing threads but doesn't leak, not bad for a 9 year old roof. It also was in an accident even though carfax was clean, the bumper color is not quite the same ruby red the car is. Sadly if someone pays out of pocket to fix it doesnt get reported to Carfax. So if you find one for a decent price and want something fun to drive this car works well, knowing the issues listed above.

She's very fast, more so with my Brenspeed 97 Race Tune delivered by my Bama Tuner, 1 7/8 Kooks Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, fed back to my Flowmaster 40 Outlaw Mufflers, an Airaid Cold Air Intake and in the very near future a Ported 2nd Gen Cobra Jet Intake with N/A Detroit Rocker. 05/01/2024 - will update if anything changes, but I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised by how NOT like a used car lot this used car dealer is. No pressure. No xx. Friendly. Seems honest and forthright. Personable people. They state that they won't put a car on the lot if it doesn't pass their mechanic's inspection. It's more important to them to make a reloable sale than to simply move volume. I hope that's true, because I bought my new-used car from them today to replace my old-new one that Lehigh drivers smashed up. I needed a boat hauler, and now I have one! I'm not happy to be on Lee County roads again, but I'm happy not to HAVE to take the bus, happy to be ON the water in my boat, and happy to have dealt with a dealer apparently interested in everyone leaving the transaction satisfied. They sent me a quote early in the process and before even being on the lot, which helped. "Gave me the Carfax [equivalent]", also. Took long test drive. Paperwork took a while, but it wasn't unpleasant. Did not trade in and did not finance, but review would not submit without me selecting something. Would do business with them again, and will update in a month or two if anything changes. Thanks Vince, Josh, and Linda!

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

2013 Ford Mustang review
Purchased a slightly used V-6 convertible (8,000 miles) and at 40,000 miles I had to replace all the bearings in the wheels and rear end. Not happy about that, but all else works well. Now have 140,000 miles and it has been solid. I owned many convertibles and this one has been my favorite. Interior is comfortable but very little storage.

2014 Ford Mustang review
My wife and I bought our 2014 Mustang V6 Premium Convertible in 2018 with 2,800 miles on it. We have driven it as our daily driver (we are retired in the the desert southwest and have a couple of other cars) and it now we just sold it with 27,708 miles on it. It is in excellent conditon with many, many more miles life left. We maintain our cars to be in excellent condition, this Mustang is a great example of that. We have put on new tires, new battery, regular oil changes, new engine and cabin air filters and it runs fine. The exterior is still in very nice (close to new) condition as is the interior. It was Ruby Red Clear Tint Coat with the Stone Turned (off white) interior and black top. So our only less than 5 stars is for interior and comfort due primarily to the very small back seat that few, if any, adults could find the seating comfortable. So we all know that going in so it is just one of the realities of owning a sporty car. The other issue is this Mustang did not come with a Navigation system. So we spent about $1,000 installing a new entertainment system with Navigation. We have taken it on several golf trips. Two full sets of golf clubs, some duffle bags and some hanging clothes bags fit in the trunk. Then, we use the back seat for anything else and have lots of room to go on a week or two trip. The car runs very well, we have had no issues in that regard. Good power and reasonable MPG. As I said we just sold this Mustang and have purchased 2022 Mustang GT Premium Convertible with 1,800 miles on it. I guess being a return customer is the best review of the car one can give. I am transferring title today to a neighbor who bought this car. That I would sell it to someone that lives a few streets away is a testament to the quality and reliability of the 2014 Mustang

2012 Ford Mustang review
I have mostly driven big cars gran torino, Montecarlo, deville,town car.This is my first sports car and it's a blast to drive 2012 mustang gt kona blue. I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to drive a performance car Lots of fun.
