Hands-down the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Ron was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. The selection of cars on the lot made it hard to choose, since there are so many great looking vehicles in stock. I essentially left here with a car on nothing more than a handshake and a signature, as my auto loan couldn't be processed until Monday - but they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to drive back to Delaware from PA because of this little mixup. Be warned, there isn't a lot of room for negotiation in thier pricing, so don't expect to haggle much. However with the quality and condition of these cars - you really won't need to!
Went to the dealership a month after buying it - came back with absolutely 0 issues on the car! No better indicator of quality in my mind.

I just purchased my 9th car from United and the service was the same as it was back when I bought my first vehicle from them back in 1985 - great! Brian and Ron not only sell quality vehicles but they stand behind their products. As a result, I have referred countless happy people to this dealership including two of my sons. They service what they sell and have great prices! I will continue to buy all of my cars from them!

Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.

Just bought a used 2014 F150. The dealership sold me a truck for a fair price over the phone and held it for me for a couple of days until I was able to drive from Maryland to get it. The sales lady, Marie, and sales manager, Joe, were friendly and not pushy which I appreciated. The truck itself was in better condition than I expected.
After dealing with large dealerships and having terrible experiences, I was lucky to find HG Motorcar. No pressure sales, laid back salesmen, fair pricing and fantastic service. I had an issue with my vehicle and they bent over backwards to make it right. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. And I love my new car!
First time at Brian Hoskins, went with Bo and he introduced us to Diamond Dave. My daughter Bethany was buying her first car. Diamond Dave made it the best experience. Very glad this was my daughters first car buying experience. Diamond Dave had everything ready, worked with us and 110% knew what to do, we will be back. Joe in fiance was great also. This dealership has people that care and want you happy.
This is my second purchase from Del and the staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed service. I will not hesitate to recommend dealership to family and friends. Martin was super sharing family photos and baby stories with us. Great guy!! Angel too was awesome and I commend Jim for his language skills.

My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
They were very nice. The cars I looked at were very clean. I ended buying a different vehicle from a different dealership simply because of the specific vehicle I wanted. But I put money down on a vehicle, and was refunded and even then they didnt pressure me and still were very nice throughout the process.
