I had service done on my 2012 Ford Explorer. The reason I go to this dealership for service is because of the service rep. Jessica. She is always clear with communication, keeps me appraised of the status of my vehicle and always delivers on promises. I do not like to have to call repeatedly for updates/answers and timelines and she makes all of the things that I dislike unnecessary. I really like that I did not have to drop off and come get my vehicle. The guy that picked up my vehicle SUV was very nice as well. It was hassle free experience and that is just how I like it.

This review is for our salesman, Mike Baxter. I have bought several vehicles in my life and done business with Ford Motor for over 30 years. I have never had a more honest and caring individual than Mike. If you are looking for a great person to do business with and want to purchase or just look at a new purchase, I would recommend him to anyone out there. His knowledge and personality sold me on him as an individual and his no pressure approach is the most refreshing part of this sale. I can not express how much my wife and I appreciated him and both of us were so pleased to find professionals are still in the business. If you are looking for a new car, or even a used one, we recommend Mike because regardless of whether you are looking for one or not, he will treat you with respect and show you whatever you want to see without any sort of I have to sell you a car, we were not even looking to purchase a new car, but after the experience we just had, we did not trust the car we purchased and after we sat and talked with Mike, it was clear to us that we would purchase one from him when we were ready, but I live by the motto, happy wife, happy life, and due to poor health and the ability to get even sit in a car, my wife left the dealership happy and that was all that I cared about. 2026 Ford Ranger review
I purchase a 2019 Ranger and then a 2024 Ranger. Zero issues with problems and the comfort, power, and reliability are all top notch. The 10-speed transmission has been a dream with the turbo. My wife has a King Ranch F-150 but usually takes the Ranger because of the ease of driving in town. 24 to 28 MPG based on computer.
