When I left the truck, I asked Sarah for an NC Safety inspection so I could renew my registration, a copy of the front-end analysis report and to replace the air filter in the driver/passenger compartment. When I picked up the truck, Sarah provided the requested documentation and advised that I had to check out with Johnny in the Service Department. It was a collaborative effort between Sarah and Johnny. It was well done. When I visited Johnny, he not only reviewed the alignment documentation but also asked if I wanted to use my Ford points to pay. This was a positive customer service interaction. 2026 Ford Ranger review
I purchase a 2019 Ranger and then a 2024 Ranger. Zero issues with problems and the comfort, power, and reliability are all top notch. The 10-speed transmission has been a dream with the turbo. My wife has a King Ranch F-150 but usually takes the Ranger because of the ease of driving in town. 24 to 28 MPG based on computer.

2026 Ford Ranger review
I bought a Ranger Raptor. Incredible pickup, handles more like a tall sport car than a truck. Very comfortable to drive with multiple steering option, shock setting and exhaust note. Fun to drive around town and on super highways. Increasable value for all the options you get.
