I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. I had a 90 minute drive to reach All State Ford, so I was very appreciative of the phone, email, and text support in learning about the truck I ended up buying. When I drove up to inspect and assess the truck, Howard Ensor (salesman) was very courteous and helpful, without being pushy. We discussed points of the truck and where he lacked the knowledge he reached out to others for it. I never felt anything of the pressure to purchase as I so often did at other dealerships. It has been 10+ years since I last shopped for a vehicle, so there was a bit of sticker shock. However, as I did my research, I believe I got a good price for a good truck. My wife and I both like the comfort features and I especially like the mechanical performance. Looking forward to years for trailer trailer towing and enjoying nature with this truck. I do recommend them as a dealership if you are after a truck.

The car was listed as keyless entry, which is does have the capability, but I was only given the valet key and not the remote FOB. That is the only disappointing part of my purchase, other than that my purchase was perfect and I love my vehicle. Would recommend to a friend.
