This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Most car dealers just want to take your money and then have nothing to do with you. With, Dan that will never happen, he is there with you through the whole proesss. I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

Khader was very helpful. I came in looking for a car with a huge balance from my previous car and he helped me get into a newer car and helped me achieve the payment I was looking for. They are all very helpful and they are not the typical pushy salesman. A very nice establishment to purchase a car from. Thanks again Khader!

So helpful… no tricks.. the price was the price … plus taxes & DMV That was it Khader and Mike are First Class They made something that can be complexed, simple, streamlined and a pleasure. Would definitely recommend and/or go back in the future.

Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Miller w Erica has my family's Ford buisness from now on.

Space wise and being a family of 6, this 10 passenger transit has been excellent and exactly what we were looking for. We were concerned with the amount of cargo space in a minivan and can't afford a large SUV making the Transit the best option for the price. It worked great for family trip from Florida to Tennessee. With the overall gross vehicle weight, the small 3.7L V6 can be a little under powered. I feel the weight has also compromises fuel economy as well. Have only had the vehicle 3 months, so unable to genuinely discuss reliability ad I have read concerns of excessive brakes and tire wear. Do wish more options such as color, interior and hands-free were available ad well.

I was very pleased with the styling and ergonomics of the vehicle. I being rather tall it accommodated my height with comfort and ease of access. The new vans are finally meeting this generations styling, form and function.
