We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.

That kind of honest advice builds trust. Jacob checked other areas of the truck, reset the dashboard service reminder, and recorded a professional video walk-around explaining the completed work. He took time to answer questions and left my driveway perfectly clean. The convenience was terrific, but Jacob’s professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stand out.
