Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. 2021 Ford Transit Connect review
With grandchildren dogs, and a husband who uses a walker, they all fit. The new feature of the Overhead airplane bins is really handy. Phone charger, front leg room, and fold done seats make It very versatile for our family. We love it!

I bought an Altima from them a couple years back with 2000 down and 400/ month. The car had a minor issue in the first week but they fixed it right away free of charge. They are always eager to help resolve any situation. The car has been great to me. I haven't had anything go bad on it. I have recommended a few friends and family members to them and they also have had good luck with their cars and trucks.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

2015 Ford Transit Connect review
I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.
