My daughter found the car online. My husband called Eric and made an appointment for the following day. They loved the car and 2 days later the car was detailed and ready to take home. Eric was so patient. My husband was very hesitant to buy a used car, but Eric made him feel very comfortable with the purchase. Process was extremely smooth. My daughter is so happy and so are we! I got a 2001 Mercedes ML320 with low miles and love the car the car so far. They were a really nice group of guys who helped me get the car i wanted easy.

I am using this as my vehicle for hauling scouts and scout equipment. Handles well and rides great. Getting about 19 mpg on the highway... I would only change a few things, for comfort, if I could on the interior - otherwise I got what I was looking for at a great price.

Buying this car from this dealer was as easy as making a cup of coffee. They were pleasant, They Answered all questions easily. They complied with an asked for change in the contract easily. I was given a ride in the vehicle and allowed to examine anything I wanted to without delay or question. Dealer and associate were very polite and helpful. The lot was well kept, had clearly marked prices, had a fine selection of cars. I am going to recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and I would not do that if I thought it was below standard.

long story short if your a business owner and looking to beef up your company with an ideal company vehicle especially a cargo van THIS IS THE VAN FOR YOU i am the owner of a security company for 12 years now i have had many cargo vans FORD CHEVY DODGE but nothing beats the style of a ford econoline but i have had quite a few of those over the years on 03 / 09 / 2020 i talked to a buddy of mine who owns a used car dealership and asked if he had had any ford transit connects on the lot and ofcourse he did but i didn't want new i wanted specifically USED and i found 3 that were 2010 fully restored fully detailed with a few nice customized touches but as i said long story short BUSINESS OWNER + FORD TRANSIT CONNECT = PERFECT COMBO happy hunting to all

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

ASK FOR RENATO!! Walked into the dealership as a first time buyer. He walked us around the lot and then sat down with us. He was open, honest and straight forward. The car had some minor issues so he talked to management and got them fixed. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of used car. I have a 2011 Transit and have had zero problems (until this month. - tho minor) Sorry they're discontinued ,would've bought another. Am 76 and this is this best car I have own !!! Transported 13 cats in cages easily from Michigan to Florida and back. Camped in it .great headroom ! Two bikes fit easily too

Very happy with my purchase at Auto Expo. My salesman was Max and he was great. I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-benz GLE. I was nervous about buying a car from a used car dealer so I asked if I could bring it to my mechanic to make sure everything was ok. They told me it was a very good car and everything was good on it which set my mind at ease. After going to the dealership after the mechanic Max helped me with everything. I would definitely recommend this dealer. I almost purchased one from another dealer but when I took that one to the mechanic it had a lot of issues. Max made the whole process painless. I'm very happy with my purchase and would for sure come back here when I buy my next car.

When I first arrived they promptly located the vehicle I was interested in, this was surprisingly comforting as the two previous dealerships I visited only catfished me into coming in, only to try and sell me a different vehicle than the one listed on cars.com . Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
