It has been a little over 8 months since I purchased my mustang gt from Anytime Auto. I have had to make a couple small repairs but overall I'm still so happy with the service I received and how easy it was to make the whole deal happen. The paperwork was so fast and easy, when they gave me the keys I think I was in partial shock. Since I was coming from out of town they did most of it and had it ready when I arrived which was great. The day I came was the only day I had out of work for around 2 weeks and I had to rush about 2 hours to get there in time to get the car, sign the papers and drive home. Also, with it marked so far under bluebook value, very low miles.. I had to get it. Problem was, I needed to go that day but had nobody to drive my old vehicle back for me so they allowed me to park my old car on their property for a few days until I could have someone come back to pick it up which to me was so helpful and was appreciated. So thank you guys for selling me my dream car. She's runnin so nice and smooth.

These guys are a family business and treat you like family. Here's my story: I live in the Roanoke, VA metro area and this past June went out west on what was supposed to be a long and enjoyable camping trip with my 14 year old son. Unfortunately, by the time we got to Mount Rushmore, I started to have problems with my transmission on my 2001 Honda Accord. And by the time we got to Jackson, Wyoming, the transmission started to fail in earnest. After checking it out, the local mechanic told me to get a new car. Because there wasn't much to choose from in Jackson hole, I decided to take a chance and headed down to the Salt Lake City metro area. I'm so glad my car made it down there. Since I've had it with transmission problems, I decided to get a stick shift for a change. While at a local library searching for cars on the internet, I saw that Peterson Auto had a manual transmission 2006 Subaru Outback in stock. As soon as I arrived, I was met by Mike Peterson who handed me the keys and told me, "we trust you" and encouraged me to take it for a spin by myself. I loved the car (been wanting an Outback for quite a while now), and was ready to buy it, but they had just gotten the car and I was told they needed to have their third party mechanic check it out. After an oil change and new bearings on one of the wheels, they where comfortable selling it and we closed the deal later that afternoon. Then to my surprise, before I could take off with it, they filled up the gas tank for me (which was almost empty). I was pleasantly surprised. Because of the free Carfax report they provided, I was able to figure out that all of the previous owners had "kicked the can down the road" and neglected to get the timing belt changed. It was overdue for a change by over 20,000 miles. So I made arrangements for their mechanic to change it and they gave me a free loaner car during the process. When I got the car back, Mike surprised me with a set of four brand new Sailun Atrezzo tires- for free. Now I ask you.... who does that? These guys really treat you like family. But after driving the car for a few hours, the radiator hose burst. I called Mike and he immediately arranged to have someone pick me up and the car towed. Again he gave me a free loaner car to drive until it was fixed the next morning. It turns out that while putting on the radiator hose after the timing belt change, the mechanic had over tightened it and cracked the radiator where the hose attaches. As Mike said, "it was a self-inflicted wound." But they took care of it and I wound up with a new radiator and hose for my troubles. No charge for any of that. I was just amazed... the car was sold as is, but they treated me like I was family. I'm back home now, but if I need a new car, I just might go on another camping trip and stop by Peterson Auto. I really like these guys. I've dealt with two different dealerships before, but these guys are the best. They made me a "happy camper!"

Monte made sure I knew everything I wanted to know about the car. Even taking new pics and a short vid showing the successful operation of a component known to get damaged easily by misuse. I am so happy we had just honest conversation about the pros and cons of buying the car im interested in. No pressure even when I waned to review with my wife and contact them the next day. When I decided I wanted the car, there were some issue getting financing through my credit union due to buying a car in Utah while living in AZ. I was unable to get the loan because the car wasnt registered in AZ first. Monte took action and was able to figure out how they can still sell me the car by financing through them. They located a Credit Union in AZ that will provide the loan! Went smooth and the car was delivered within days! I never purchased a car like this without ever test driving it or seeing it in person, but they made the whole purchasing process as easy as can be for me. terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones
