Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. 3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

The finance team, worked diligently to secure me an unbeatable deal, and the service department has been top-notch for maintenance and repairs. What stood out most was the transparency, honesty, and zero pressure throughout the entire process.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
