Casco Bay FordReviews
Casco Bay Ford review
I recently bought my 2015 Ford Focus here and my husband bought his 2015 Mustang GT a few weeks ago. Doug was our sales person. He worked very hard to get exactly what Ricky wanted. He hung out in the back seat while I test drove my Focus. He highly suggested I go through Ford Motor Credit instead of my credit union and I got 0%!! Basically all the people there are so nice and helpful. Doug wasn't pushy at all with either car. He even bought us each a soda! We will never go anywhere else!! More dealerships need a Doug.

I appreciate a dealer giving a price over the phone, and sticking to the price when I arrive. Some dealerships wont give you anything unless you come in. Take notice other dealerships

Wiscasset FordReviews
Wiscasset Ford review
My experience with the dealership was excellent. They have a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. My salesperson, Jeff Allen, made this experience easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford to friends and family based on my experience with them.

Crafts CarsReviews
Crafts Cars review
I purchased a Chevy Spark from them today and got what I felt was excellent service. There was no sense of them trying to push add-ons on me (which I got the other time I bought a car) nor any sense of bloated bureaucracy, nor did I have any worries about the quality of what I was getting. Mike and Carin were friendly and professional, and quickly solved the few problems that came up. 5/5, would go again.

Casco Bay Ford review
After searching for weeks online we found the perfect car at a price we thought was too good to be true. When we walked it the atmosphere was very friendly and we were greeted by Ben Seefeldt who pulled up the used fusion we had found online. The car was everything we hoped it would be, Ben listened to our financing needs and got us out in no time, I would highly recommend Casco Bay Ford to anyone looking. Thanks again!, great job!

Tucker Chevrolet review
I came to Tucker Chevy from about 45 minutes away looking for a specific car I found online. The price was great, trade in value was good, and customer service was impeccable. There was a minor mix up with the keys and I was compensated for my time and my gas in resolving it. I would highly recommend Tucker Chevy and I would definitely buy from them again.

Crafts Cars review
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the salesmen at Crafts Cars, and I can truly say they are exceptional at their jobs. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. What set the Crafts Cars team apart from other dealerships was their remarkable attention to detail, they remembered small things about me from previous visits, like family members and even my previous family vacations. All in all, working with the Crafts Cars sales team was a refreshing experience. Their dedication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made me feel respected and important at every stage. If you are looking for a dealership that combines professionalism with a heartfelt personal touch, I cannot recommend Crafts Cars highly enough. This team truly goes above and beyond to ensure their customers leave happy and confident in their purchase.

Mercedes-Benz of ScarboroughReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough review
I needed to trade in a vehicle i had bought for my husband who had passed. I already have a benz so i brought it into them to get a price on what they would give me. It turns out I left with another. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.

Thank you Matt, Spencer and James for your professionalism and congeniality with the purchase of our Lexus rx 350. I must say it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a dealership. On the rating of 1-10 yours would be a 10 plus. Again, many thanks to you all. Faye and Dennis O'Connor

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.
