My retirement car was going to be a Mustang convertible. Looked at a bunch, and finally found my way south of the border (we live in NC, just north of the SC line). A short hop to Travlers Rest brought us to the friendly folk at George Coleman Ford. We came just to look at a pre-owned 2016 Mustang, but a combination of their aggressive pricing, generous trade-in value for my Subaru, and lack of pressure, and, well, I drove home with the top down in my new (pre-owned) Mustang. I'd go there again, and I'm pleased to recommend this dealership to others.
We came in to buy a second car, the sales people were great. Joe Garland helped us with our purchase but I have to credit all the rest of the sales people also for entertaining our kids so we could have a conversation and take our time. Joe was not pushy or rushing us into anything. We ended up having many laughs with the finance manager Gerald and by the time we walked out of his office I saw my kids dancing and laughing even though they should have been cranky after a very long ride. This was the easiest car buying experience we have had. The guys there seem honest, genuine and easy going. If we need another car I will be going to George Coleman Ford.
I stopped at Coleman Ford the latter part of last week to look at one of your pre owned vehicles (saw it on the internet). Although I didn’t purchase the vehicle, I was truly impressed by the dealership itself, and by the two members of your staff who helped me. Doug Taylor and Brad Lewis were exceptional – knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and above all, so very easy to work with. I have already sung your praises to friends and neighbors, pointing out that if they were in the market for a new or used vehicle, the 30 minute drive to Travelers Rest (we’re in Hendersonville, NC) is more than worth the time and effort. You’ve made a believer out of me, and I will certainly remember this experience when I’m again planning to trade cars. Thank you and the best of everything to you and your staff – and good wishes for a healthy and successful new year. Warren Sardinia Hendersonville, N.C.
Brandon Small was very courteous and professional. We came in to look at cars and explained to him our wants and our needs he fulfilled all of those and answered any questions that my wife and I each had. We enjoyed dealing with the sales manager and finance manager, very professional experience. The service department who I have used since I moved to Greenville has always done an excellent job and was one of the reasons I purchased my car there. Simply put it's a people business Edie and I felt like we were treated like royalty, and we appreciated that. Thanks, Rich and Edie Pouliot.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Jason Craft was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with, he paid attention to detail and answered all my questions and kept the whole process of buying my new Jeep Renegade a fun an exciting experience.would recommend Jason Craft to anyone needing a new or used car!
I had a very nice experience buying from Hyundai. Mrs. Cynthia was very sweet and helped me with all of my questions. I was welcomed with smiles and I didn’t have to wait on someone to help me. I appreciate Jordan for helping me find the perfect vehicle.
Ive never ever purchased the vehicle "I" wanted to buy. Ive always been talked into something I could not afford. Jordan, makes things happen. From the moment I met him I felt as if we were family. My family was treated with respect and we formed a friendship with this group of professionals. My daughter is 8 years old and she didn't want to leave without telling Jordan thank you and gave him a hug.
Overall all it was like any dealership. They're your best friend's until after the sale is made. Then they may wave at you, but don't bother with anything more than that. I believe if you can do or offer a certain thing based on a valid circumstances, you should make up for it in other ways. They don't do that. If they can't do something, that's it. They won't offer you anything as replacement. Also, good luck trying to get a response after you buy from your seller.
I had a screen message indicating a low battery and should be replaced. I gave this information when making the appointment and received a quote for a new battery. The service engineer checked the battery and said it was in good order, but the battery in the key needed replacing. Instead of $130 + installation it cost me $2. Many dealers would not have been so honest and replaced the main car battery!
Very friendly staff; my boyfriend has been coming to them for years. It was a pleasure to buy my first vehicle here.
