After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
This dealership has been a pleasure to work with. We bought a used vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. They helped keep my 4 children busy while we filled out all the paperwork and worked the deal. Went to see a vehicle and when I got there they had the car ready to be seen and test drive. I was quickly approved and they did there best to get me the best rates and into a new car. Most painless car dealerships I’ve ever been too. I highly recommend them, they are willing to work with any type of situation you may be in. The 2015 Chrysler 200 I bought is riding smooth with no problems.

I reached out to a few dealerships in the area and this one in particular was the most professional, "non-pushy", and accommodating. As a first time car buyer, I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. It came down to who was going to be the best people to work with and hands down Derek and his team were amazing. The car came off the lot dirty (interior and exterior) with a few interior scratches and damage. While at the dealership, Derek had his team do an initial detailing and ensured that if I were to purchase the car the other problems would be fixed.
