Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! Major repairs to brakes, spindles, cracked boots, steering unit plus replacement of filters, oil change and wheel alignment done satisfactorily on 13 year old vehicle. Had to recently return twice to fix thumping in rear brakes. Replacement rear rotor surfaces were grooved and found to be the problem. Finally remedied. The repair facility isn't the least expensive but their service and repairs are reliable. Use them for both my Explorers.
Salesman Jeff Gemmill was responsive and courteous. I had to travel in from out of state to pick up the dump truck, and Jeff picked me up from the car rental agency where I was returning my rental car. Throughout the process, Jeff took time to answer my questions. The paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived.
Different from other local Ford Service Departments, this one treats you like you want to be treated! Astounding to find anymore, but today I experienced it. I dreaded taking my car in for recall repair because of past experience at Liliston Ford, but Bayshore was different! Treated me with courtesy and respect, and my car was handled with care. They kept their promise on how long the repair would take. If you have been to other Ford dealerships in our area, don't think they're all the same. Bayshore proved they're different! Thank you Brett and Pat. I look forward to returning to Bayshore Ford to have my vehicles serviced in the future. It was worth the drive!
Recently bought my third vehicle from Bayshore Ford in Pennsville, NJ and once again a wonderful experience! All staff (sales, finance, manager) made the process of buying my Ford Explorer easy, simple and hassle-free. I recently had the tailgate on my Lincoln Navigator replaced and painted by Ron Hanstein and his team at Bayshore. II can’t express how satisfied I am with the final product and customer service I received. The customer service amd the work done by this team exceeded my expectations. I LOVE my new Tucson! Christian Medina listened to my needs & features I wanted and then helped me find the car that fit me exactly. The whole staff was very polite. Jordan Clarius was excellent to work with and made the entire process a breeze. He was responsive to my needs, worked out the details of the deal quickly, and knew the product inside out. I have dealt with many care sales men and women, having even sold cars myself, and Jordan is one of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. There was no nonsense...no game of haggling (great price to begin with)...no fake interest or attention--I was treated like a real person instead of the next pay check. I will definitely be back to Jordan and Garnet in the future.
They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Murphy Ford and Vince Northington has handle both transactions. We cannot say enough good things about the way Vince has treated us. Vince always takes the time required to explain the Ford vehicle(s) you are interested in and there is no high pressure sales tactics used like we've experienced at other dealerships. Vince showed us numerous Escapes to choose from to make sure we picked the exact vehicle with the options we wanted. Whwn the numbers were delivered there was no take it or leave it attitude. Instead Vince and Keith told us to go home and think it over. After some negotiation we again chose Murphy's vehicle. Needless to say we will be back for future purchases and gladly recommend Vince to friends and family when asked if we know of a kowledgable and reputable salesman.
This was my first time buying a car and Jason helped me, as soon as i walked in i was greeted and they knew which car i was interesed in because we were previously emailing, we went and test drove the car and i fell in love with it! we sat down to talk numbers and Jason wasn???t pushy at all and was very willing to work with us, a few hours later i was driving home in my new car! im very pleased so far.
I had a specific car in mind when I visited Murphy Ford. Unfortunately it had sold the day before. Jason found another one just like I wanted and had it delivered and ready for me the following day.. No pressure sales, great incentives and incredible financing.
After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
