has Bluetooth, a USB and AUX hookup, backup camera with sensors, leather seating, heated seats; as the headline says, I do think that this cars is a great first car for a young driver or teenager. It has gotten me by for the past 5 years or so.
We were searching for a gently used XT5, and Delaware Cadillac had one that looked great. Mike Cassidy was our salesperson, and he was terrific. Price, color, and options were just what we wanted. Cutting the deal was easy. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the car, the detailing of the vehicle was as good as I have seen, and I have owned a pile of cars. Put is next to one brand new and don't look at the odometer, and there is now way you could tell it was not brand spanking new. We love the car, and appreciate the professional treatment we had at Delaware Cadillac.

I am very pleased with the Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 this truck is eveythat I was looking for in a truck. Has the 6 cylinder eco boost engine with 10 speed transmission, off-road package, tow package!

I bought my Ranger new in 2009 but it has less than 50k miles. I use it to commute occasionally and it is mainly the weekend workhorse for suburban living. It replaced an identical 1998 except that this one is an automatic V6 and it's predecessor had the 4 with a stick. I got rid of the 1998 at 140k miles with having only replaced the timing chain (in addition of course to the usual tires/battery, etc.) My 2009 has not had any problems other than the Takata airbag recall that I had done last week. In working with the dealer on this issue is was not one of their finest moments but my service rep ended up knowing what to do and how to make it right. While I like the new technology in the reborn 2019 Ranger, I am not so sure about the required 4 cylinder engine. Thought about getting a new one since I have had such a good experience with a total of almost 200k miles between the two trucks, but when I do I probably will switch brands in order to stick with a V6. However, at less than 50k miles the only thing I would be getting would be new infotainment technology; the working aspect of the my current truck is fully adequate and no less than a more current model year.
I no longer dread taking my car in for service. With Otto's you know you are getting what your car needs and not being taken advantage of. Preston is the best! I know he'll keep me updated on my car's status whether I'm sitting in the lounge or dropping it off. He always has a smile on his face whether you are the first appointment or the last, and even when he has to squeeze you in. I appreciate the great customer service at Otto's. It's why I will keep buying MINIs from Otto's!

Gas milage is unbelieveable. Can plug it in anywhere. Can run back and forth to work only on 30 cents of electric a day. When using gas average 45 mpg.
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.
This car is very reliable

I'm good about maintaining a car - regular oil changes, having it looked over carefully each time. This has been, and still is, a great car. A decent size, fairly comfortable and handles well in all kinds of conditions with decent all-weather tires. I live in the US Northeast, so we see it all. With it's age, I'm beginning to have to put a little more into it but nothing unexpected. Wish Ford hadn't changed the design so radically or I'd consider another Fusion next time. The new ones have less visibility and they look like they are grimacing.
Came in looking at several models. Jim the sales manager helped me narrow down some options, kept me in my budget and I’m very happy. I would recommend Robin Ford to everyone looking for a small, friendly, mom and pop dealership. Everyone bent over backwards to help me out. You’ve got a customer for life!

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

After having a very bad first experience at a previous dealership, I went to Robin Ford with a cautious mind. I immediately felt at ease with Dave Adler helping me with all of my car buying needs. I went in with the idea of purchasing a new 2017 leftover vehicle due to budgeting purposes, and I left the dealership with the purchase of a new 2018 vehicle with a better package and still in my budget/affordable price range. It has been an amazing car no problems. Plenty of power for what it is. It also does pretty good on gas. It’s been a great little family car for a small family. No problems whatsoever.
Mary Kelly went above and beyond to make my car buying experience stress free and frankly enjoyable. She worked with her General sales manager, John who was equally as pleasant to get me the exact car and price I wanted to be at. I will be back for years to come and cannot thank them enough!

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.
I went in to buy a nice pickup truck and my sales person Jules, was awesome! She was friendly and very non-judgmental. She introduced me to the finance specialist Jamar Anderson, and boy was he sharp! I definitely recommend Robin Ford to anyone who is in the market for a nice vehicle.

Very solid car. I feel none of the flex of my 95 mustang. Rear suspension feels planted to the ground like no other rear wheel drive car ive ever drove! And ive own a lot of them . Even with the traction control off! Its smooth down the highway. Great highway mpg. 26! At 70mph! It would be nice to have telescopic steering column . Lots of front leg room and foot room. Im 6'4" and size 13 boots. So this is a big deal to me .

We leased a fully loaded 2016 Ford Fusion from Robin Ford. We dealt with John Martin (the salesman) and Jim (the finance manager). They were pleasant, friendly and accommodating! They answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns, without hesitation. For us, customer service usually trumps getting "the best deal". We not only got exceptional customer service from these gentlemen, but we also managed to get a good deal, fitting nicely into our monthly budget. We test drove the vehicle one day (with all features being explained to us by John) and returned a couple days later (after test driving other vehicles) to complete the paper work (prepared and explained by Jim) in less than an hour. This was a positive experience all around! We highly recommend Robin Ford and John/Jim!

Constantly at dealer. Flatbed twice. 35000 miles for latest issue . Sensor(s) went between gas tanks and cut off engine at 55 mph on highway. Filled up tanks night before but only took 8 gallons. Read 6 miles to empty. No one told me car has two tanks and must be kept even. Dealer said to ignore dash. Car at dealer for a week.
Replaced wipers 4 x. Horrible shaking when on. Went to Advanced auto parts. Bought better quality wipers. Great customer service, great wipers.
Flatbed again. Battery dead at 35k. Cell in battery went. My insurance went up $20 a month!!! due to calling roadside service. Not my fault.
Oil changed every 5k miles as told. Tires worn to nothing left . Michelin - never have them again. 35k and tires are shot. Trim falling off roof. Dealer wants me to pay $178 for one side alone,!
I am so unhappy with this Taurus. More like a walrus. Bought this car at 5k miles. Colonial Ford, Danbury CT nice staff.
The truck was great on gas while still providing the power that Ford F-150's are known for. This truck has been incredible. Also has the ability to use Flex Fuel. Oklahoma Edition as well!
