Texas Vehicle Exchange review
At 79 I have been there and done that. But this is the first time I have bought a vehicle without physically touching it. Last year we were almost the victim of a clever wire transfer fraud so I approached this process with a bit of fear. I am now in possession of a vehicle from you and the transaction went smoothly exactly as you described. It is no longer common to find someone who keeps their word. Thank you, Joe

Went in for a 90,000 mile service. Everything was great. Facility was clean, staff polite and knowledgeable, service done in timely manner, no one asking if you want to buy a new vehicle, nice area to work while you wait and the cafe has good omelets made to order. I just wish the cafe opened earlier.

Five Star Ford LewisvilleReviews
Five Star Ford Lewisville review
In today’s world it seems customer service has become a rarity, but thank goodness for John Bokin with Five Star Ford my faith has been restored. This was probably the fourth time I had taken my 2016 Ford Explorer in for an issue. The same noise had been reoccurring for several years. It was not until John was assigned as my service advisor, that one really listened and was dedicated to resolving the issue. It is his genuine caring that separates John from the rest. It was his dedication and commitment that isolated and fixed the issue. The car now drives better than the day I purchased it. I thank you John from the bottom of my heart! You are truly an asset to Ford.

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

Everyone in the triad that helped us locate what we were wanting at a price point we were comfortable with made the process smooth & easy. Truly thankful for all of them & their patience with our indecisiveness and choppy weekend plans to finish the deal. Jeff was so helpful start to finish & was great at making sure we got something that had specific features we desired but keeping our finances in consideration as well. It was hard parting with the Borrego of 192,000miles we purchased from this same location 25 yrs ago-but they blessed us with a decent trade in value towards the purchase of a new Sorento. Thank You Kia family for helping us find a great vehicle!

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

Guaranteed Motor Cars Lake Villa review
I would highly recommend this dealership! I worked with Vlad who was extremely professional and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. This kid knows his cars… The paperwork process was very quick also, I was in and out in less than two hours which was helpful being I had a 4 hour drive home. All their vehicles I looked at well waiting were incredibly clean! Josh the owner was a really nice guy too and Adam will make sure that you get the vehicle you want by getting you approved. If you’re in the market to buy this is the place to do it.
