The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more.
Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.
Our 2015 Explorer stared exhibiting electrical system issues and then wouldn't start. Don Wood Ford scheduled us immediately and diagnosed the problem as a bad battery instead of something more serious (and expensive). So, we'll just add this to the list of positive experiences. It gives us great piece of mind to know that they're there for us in emergencies as well as routine maintenance!
From the first time I called for service they were very helpful. Don Wood Ford knew what the problem was, and was willing to help. We arrived early and waited in the brand new dealership. While waiting they got us in early, diagnosed the problem, and began the service. Throughout the service I we were asked if there was anything we needed and if we were comfortable. I had never treated with this much respect and courtesy anywhere getting service on my vehicle. A few days later I even received an offer for a gift card for more service. I would gladly recommend Don Wood, and look forward to taking my Focus back for service.
Best service ever with a smile, Extremely clean facility, waiting room is well appointed and provide refreshments. Facility is well stocked with an array of new cars to view with no interference from sales reps, which is very comforting. If needed, they are readily available to assist you. Nice place to shop for a new or used vehicle.
Needed warranty work completed. Required leaving vehicle for two days. Coughlins provided shuttle service to and from Chillicothe. Repairs were completed professionally and without any cost to me. Highly recommend this dealer for sales, repairs or just plain window shopping if your in the market for a new or used vehicle.
I recently purchased a GMC Terrain from Coughlin and it was absolutely the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Shanna, the saleswoman, was absolutely the best. She was professional, yet I felt like I was sitting there talking to a friend. She is an absolute gem! I was literally in and out in less than two hours, test drive, financing and all. I didn't feel pressured at all and everyone that I came across at the dealership was super friendly, helpful and wanted to make sure I was COMPLETELY happy with my buying experience. I will DEFINITELY go back to Coughlin and refer my family and friends there!!!!!
I really like the service department at coughlin GM service in Circleville Ohio. They are well trained and courteous. They had to order my parts and still got the repair done the same day and maintained contact with us. A great crew.
