From the first phone call to Roberts Auto Services with Saki, the Portfolio Manager, meeting him in person, to Young in Finance, our experience for purchasing a new vehicle went from an F rating to an A+ rating. After searching for a month and a half, getting lied to and misled by two other dealerships, we were on guard with any dealership after that. We made the 1.5 hr trip to Sanford and the drive was worth it! Saki greeted us outside and made us feel welcomed. He was friendly, accommodating with hospitality, and gave us immediate attention with the car we came for. Young is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thoughtful in his Finance expertise.
