Best car buying experience yet...and we have bought several over the years. Went to just look at a couple new ones and ended up with a great used Jeep Liberty Renegade. Had emailed Peter beforehand that we were coming in. He was busy with another customer so Ernie helped us out. They were so busy that day they called in an extra finance guy to help get everyone going. The sales and finance people we dealt with were great. Highly recommend Crystal Chrysler!

Navigation and options are great. Fordpass app is great for scheduling engine starts and diagnostics. 4 cylinder turbo with auto stop is good for emissions and gas savings
I got my 2017 124 Spider Lusso from Fiat USA of Palm Springs, the Fiat dealer associated with Crystal Chrysler. These cars are hard to find right now as they just came in and finding one equipped as I wanted with in the color combination in Southern California was not an easy task with many dealerships playing around with "Market Pricing". Steve Montoya of Fiat USA of Palm Springs quoted me the price via email which was thousands less then other dealers and even $600 less than the next best dealer. Their pricing was straight sticker less the factory rebate. It was well worth the drive east to Cathedral City over going west to Orange County or Los Angeles. Ernie Sandez was there to make delivery because Steve was taking care of other business. There was no messing with pricing from the time I got the email on Wednesday until I took delivery on Friday. The time at the dealership was relatively quick but there was a little bit of a wait to get things done with the "Finance Manager", Leighton "Lee" Malcolm but he was busy with another deal. The time in finance took about 45 minutes and went quite smoothly. I was pre-approved with a letter stating so from my CU but still had to go through credit check which I did not want to do to avoid the hit on my credit but this was the only way they'd do it, not even wanting to call the CU to verify. I was soft sold the extended warranty and "Desert Protection" was offered but not at all pushed. Even though this and the "Market Demand" increases were on the dealer sticker on the windshield they took these "extras" off without any hassle unlike other dealers that haggle about that sort of stuff. All in all, These guys are straight shooters and easy to deal with and make the car buying experience as pleasurable as it can be.
Have truly enjoyed driving this SUV.

It was a solid - well made vehicle. I enjoyed driving this on long trips. I felt save and a good vision of traffic - ahead.
They did go above and beyond to fix the issues I had, but they seem so unorganized and scattered. The head girl in service finally started to put it all together. I was disappointed that my car came back to me very filthy, I believe it set outside the ten days they had it. They were to call me as the driver was bringing my car to me (over a 2 hr drive) but he just showed up. They were to call me the next day...that didn’t happen either...

I use this for a service business. The only issue I have is that maybe they could make a more comfortable seat. I drive several hours sometimes could really use some extra comfort there. Other than that I could not be happier with this van. Handles great maneuvers great easy to drive.
Jesse and the Sales Manager at I-10 Chrysler Dadge made my new car purchase the best experience I have ever had. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, offered tremendous financing and completed the deal in record time. I definitely look forward to doing business with them again!

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
Alan is a man with a heart. Trustworthy, everything you would want in a service advisor. He looks like a football player, there is a kind interior.

This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.

First car ever owned. Specifically I have the Ford Focus 2018 1.0 Ecoboost. It’s automatic transmission and have great features for new drivers and has been really reliable. I plan on putting more miles on it and updating this but so far it’s been amazing. Only issue I have is I wish the lower end models still had Sync 3 as this car doesn’t support Apple CarPlay.
Ron Olsen was spectacular. My father has purchased his last 5 vehicles from Ron. I was finally in the position to be able to purchase my first car, and my dad contacted Ron about what my price point was and what I was looking for. Ron and a man who I believe is named ivan (he works in financing) took care of everything. The paperwork, financing, and got me a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta as my first car! No hassle or difficult bardering to get the best price... They gave it to me! I didn't even go in to the Fiesta location until I went to pick up my vehicle. I just had to sign on the dotted line and I was done. It was the most amazing, hassle free, and enjoyable first car experience I could have imagined. Steven finished off the paperwork and went through all of the small print with me, making sure I understood everything. Everyone was so welcoming and made sure I knew if I needed anything else, I could just walk in or call and they would get it taken care of. I am so thankful for their help. Fiesta Ford is the place to go. I won't go anywhere else for my next purchase.
Lousy Transmission & Sound System

Have had this vehicle into the dealership multiple times with one clutch replacement. Still have issues due to the lousy transmission design. Now experiencing a loud crackling noise from the sound system where it is now unusable.
Eric Moreno was my service agent who got my tire repair done plus my driver rear door lock replaced in 1.5 hours as he indicated. Also, got my car washed. For 4 years Fiesta Ford has given me excellent service on my
Two Lincoln MKX SUV"s. Eric, as well as, other service agents have been very helpful and professional in handling my service needs.

The truck was great on gas while still providing the power that Ford F-150's are known for. This truck has been incredible. Also has the ability to use Flex Fuel. Oklahoma Edition as well!

Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.
