Bergey's LincolnReviews
Bergey's Lincoln review
I think they were as good as they could be within what they could control. We had to wait a some time for the title of the vehicle we were buying to arrive. In addition to that, we financed ourselves. We did get lectured for awhile about that, so beware. But they did let us buy the car. Unfortunately with the waiting of the title, my loan ended up being more than what I was purchasing the car for, and now we need to get the difference back. Other than that, it was okay.

Fred Beans Ford of BoyertownReviews
Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown review
I bought a new Focus SEL during the Ford year end clearance from Fred Beans Ford Boyertown. The selection of available vehicles was fantastic and my sales associate Brian Lucas was a pleasure to work with setting up the deal. The finance department went the extra mile and secured me a rate even lower than my requirement which was a very pleasant surprise at delivery. I couldn't be happier with the experience and that is saying a lot as car buying is normally a stressful and usually less than enjoyable experience.

Fred Beans Ford of LanghorneReviews
Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne review
I just drove 700 miles from Pennsylvania back to Michigan in my new ride from Fred Beans of Langhorne and let me tell you… it was the smoothest car ride of my LIFE! Biggest shoutout to Austin McCormac — the BEST car salesman I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he made the process effortless, transparent, and even fun. No pressure, no games — just genuine help, real advice, and great energy. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident every step of the way. As a single mom, buying a car can feel overwhelming — like you’re walking into a world where people expect you not to know what you’re doing. But Austin made me feel empowered, informed, and taken care of. That peace of mind? Unmatched. I’m not local, but the 700-mile trip was worth every single mile just to work with someone like Austin. My car handled the road like a dream — and I’m STILL in awe at how easy he made everything. If you’re buying a car soon, do yourself a favor: go to Fred Beans of Langhorne and ASK. FOR. AUSTIN. You’ll thank me later.

Chapman of HorshamReviews
Chapman of Horsham review
Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. We have full confidence in recommending Chapman Ford of Horsham to friends and family, knowing that they will receive the same outstanding service that we have experienced firsthand.

CarMax WestboroughReviews
CarMax Westborough review
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
