I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
Saw the truck online. Drove 2 hours to test drive it. My salesman,Kevin, didn’t pressure me to buy it that day. Most sales people do. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Thank you Kevin for working with me to get me into the truck within the budget I had. I’m highly satisfied with my purchase and experience with R&R Auto.
Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
Not at all pleased with the final process with our lease. The last person in the process that dealt with handling the financial process was totally rude. Questionable if we will buy or lease ever again with Keyser Miller. Pleased with the vehicle service department but they could have tidied up a bit better around the stickers!
Rick the Service Manager is the best! I was able to work with Rick to bring in my aftermarket parts for a clutch replacement on my 2013 Mustang, not many shops will install customer parts anymore for liability issues. The AC hasn't worked for about a year so I asked Rick to take a look at it. I was informed that the compressor and condenser both needed replacement which was not a surprise at almost 160,000 miles. After the new parts were in the system was still loosing pressure and sure enough the dye was coming out of the evaporator! Rick was great to work with and talked plainly about the need and cost of the repair. He was able to work on the labor and parts cost to get me out the door with a working AC and a brand new clutch at a more than fair price. Many would still complain about my out the door price, but these are two major systems on the car which are notoriously expensive to work on and I don't think it could have gone any smoother anywhere else.
I am an international student and I leased a car from Bennett. Two important things I want to share about them:
1) First, I had an offer from another dealership and I call them and I asked them as my local dealership to match the price. Not only did they match the stated price in my quote first but they also gave me couple of dollars more discount.
2) The process of being accepted by Bank and Toyota based on my university documents was really smooth and the sales and finance people were optimistic and smiling all the time.
Specifically, I recommend Product Specialist, Richard Berkheimer who was my contact there. He is totally honest and knows what he is doing.
Everyone that my husband and I encountered at this dealership was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our 2017 CPO Kia Optima purchase! We dealt directly with Carl Madonna and Johnny Taylor, both of whom were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. They are a pleasure to deal with, and we look forward to our future business relationship with this company.

Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
