I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

1986 Ford LTD review
Drives well, looks pretty good, and is quite comfortable. I never had any problems for the 6,000 miles that I drove mine, even though it was 30 years old at the time. Watch out for rust around the muffler, just like any old car.
