Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

this is the worst place to ever buy a car at in Nashville Tennessee. I have had more problems out of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport buying it from this dealership then I ever had with any of my Hondas. I took it in because little balls of look like hell was coming out of my vents and they said nothing was wrong with it come to find out it's Way Beyond its limit on freon, then I took it in because it took me about 6 times for the car to start they charged me $77 to tell me nothing was wrong with it then come to find out a month later it was a thorttle switch.
I totaled my 2018 Altima last week in an accident, and went to Downtown Nashville Nissan, hoping to get the same car again. Jim was extremely helpful and understood my situation. In a little over 2 hours I drove away in my brand new 2018 Altima. It was amazing, fast and I could not have asked for better after still being shaken up by last week accident.

My husband and I were looking for a new SUV. I was hesitant to check out the new VW Atlas for fear of being too small. So glad I did, because it was very roomy. I am now the proud new owner of a 2018 VW Atlas. I never felt pressured at any point. The salesman, Jonathon, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager was wonderful to work with as well as the finance department. Test drove several different makes at other dealerships and came back to this one. Their customer service and the warranty they offer just can't be beat! And their new building is beautiful and very easy to get to and turn in and out of. Go check it out for yourself.
After several months of comparing prices and looking for the perfect Toyota Tacoma for my husband, Mike Barton from Clarksville found it. So I’m writing this for Bryan my salesman. I have a daughter and I told him I would need a fast and simple transaction. He went above and beyond from finding the prefect vehicle to making sure we stayed cool when moving everything over to my new car. He fully explained everything since it was a big upgrade for me. I’ve had problems with their service department but he has been doing everything on his end to fix the problem. I have told many of my friends that if they need a new car Bryan is the man to see.
The GM of the dealership reached out and took care of my complaint/issues in a profession and empathetic manner. No business is perfect and will make errors; however, the measure of a great business is how they handle those errors. In this case, handled beautifully and I am again a fan (more so now than before seeing how issues are professionally resolved) of Wyatt Johnson.

We drive up and this young man came out and met us. John Wagner was a very personable man and we liked him from the beginning. We told him we would come back on Monday when we had more time to drive because we had several we wanted to drive. John was so patient with us and let us drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. He also showed us several vehicles that we liked. The dealership was awesome. I loved the fish tank. Once inside we were treated as if we were the only ones there by all. They all went above and beyond to help us make our purchase. I will certainly recommend Rocky Williams dealership. They are a Christian orginazition and it shows. Thank you John Wagner and all that helped.
This was my first truck purchased from Premier, I started off with a salesman contact from a family member who had made a purchase. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and took the time to show me the features of the truck and how to operate some of the ones i was unfamiliar with. He was patient during the test drive and offered as much test drive time as I needed. All the paperwork was explained and questions answered. Even though this part of the buying process can be a little bit long, I was made comfortable while I waited. Overall A Great Experience!
