Super welcoming staff. Asking if they can get you something to drink, even if they weren’t waiting on you. Knowledge of their products was good and super helpful. No pressure to buy on the spot like some places. Overall great experience. Shout out to Mike Turovsky!

I ordered my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 diesel from Junction Auto almost a year ago. Corey Turnbull was my salesman and he did a wonderful job helping me through the ordering process. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. This is now the 2nd truck I have ordered from Junction, and both times it has been a good experience! Douglas Haw D.W. Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

It can be a little stressful purchasing a car online, so working with people who are responsive to your questions and concerns definitely helps to provide a comfort level. Tom Craig and Dustin Dykes were extremely helpful throughout the process, responding to my questions in a timely manner, usually within a couple hours. All in all, they provided excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them help me with future vehicle purchases.

I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.

Thank you Lambert Buick GMC, Inc. for an incredible experience purchasing a car! We went to Ford, Toyota and Honda dealers and left with such disappointment in the quality, the prices and the negative experience. What a total difference we felt when we walked into Lambert - rare customer service (highest level), personable, easy to work with, and who knew Buicks were so beautiful, reliable, great price and attention to detail! Thank you for making us feel great about our purchase ~ we will be a lifetime fan and will pass along our recommendations to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle!

Heller Chevrolet GMCReviews
Heller Chevrolet GMC review
We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.

Haley helped me find a great Deal on a new Buick. No add on sales pressure, handled getting paperwork ready, signed and drove out in less than 45 minutes. Also pleased at no hidden costs added like other dealers do, after the negotiated price. Price, Selection, Service, all great at Medina Buick GMC Cadillac.

Salesman Tom Shaffer and Finance Suzie Axlerod Woodward were the 2 people that we work with. They were great. They both treated us like family. The entire process moved along well and we felt like we didn't spent an entire day purchasing a car. I would recommend Spitzer Buick GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle.
