BEST EXPERIENCE I went to the dealership (at closing time no less) just to look at the models and options expecting to get a used car at a different place. I just needed information for my decision. I even told the sales person (Danny) this and he still took the time to show me through the cars and answer all my questions. A few days later, after more shopping, and bad experiences, I went back and just bought the car new from Reynolds for just a few dollars more than everyone else was asking for used! Every single person at this dealership was courteous, polite, helpful and no nonsense which made getting the truck I wanted that much easier. From sales, (Danny), to Finance (Garrett) to parts (Maria) to service (Khris and Jack) they were all professionals and I appreciate how I was treated. I feel like I found a home for my car business. I recommend Valencia BMW because they have the best prices of all of the BMW locations. However they should do a better job of following up with customer service (I never got the repair video of the work after the service was completed). Also they claim a 2 year warranty in person but their contract only shows 1 year. They addressed the warranty issue via email afterwards. I would come back but would expect that they handle things better the next time around.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2019 GMC Acadia review
Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Jerron was a delight to work with he was very professional and communicated with me through all the process he was able to go step by step on warranties and helping me choose the right car. I traded in a vehicle and left with a Tucson SUV I am very happy with Hyundai in Anaheim thank you Jerron for the great experience. 2 years ago I had a bad experience but you definitely have turned that around and hope to come back in the future and get myself a even newer car !
2015 GMC Acadia review
Only problem in which I have done research on- many of Drivers Seat plastic bottom tend to come apart (crack up) This can become a grave hazard for safety reasons. This should be done free of charge.

2015 GMC Acadia review
Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

2022 GMC Acadia review
I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!
