Route 23 NissanReviews
Route 23 Nissan review
When it comes to buying a car, we all know that customer service can make or break the experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Route 23 Nissan, and I must say, they truly lived up to their word. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a dealership handles those mistakes that speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Stephanie provided exceptional service that felt like true white-glove treatment. Despite my initial skepticism about a three-year-old car with only 5,000 miles, Stephanie's thorough knowledge of the vehicle's history put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, transforming my concerns into confidence. I also want to give a shoutout to Corey in finance. He took the time to explain prepayment policies and extended warranties, making sure I understood my options without pushing unnecessary sales. It was refreshing to receive genuine advice that felt beneficial rather than just a sales pitch. With two more leases ending in April 2025, I’m already considering reaching out to Route 23 Nissan again. Their inventory is truly impressive—not only did I see a Bentley GT in the showroom, but I also noticed a new model Land Rover Range Rover in the lot. It’s clear that they cater to a wide range of customers. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Route 23 Nissan stands out. Their commitment to owning mistakes and providing exceptional service makes them a dealership worth recommending.
2022 GMC Acadia review
This is my second Acadia (the first one was a 2017) I bought this 2022 brand new and choose the Denali trim. So, after 19 months, I am very satisfied. I would say that I fairly got what I had pay for.

Anthony and Linda are great people. They helped me locate my truck on the lot. I was instantly in love with it. I saw the listing price online and Anthony sold it to me for the online price. Linda helped me with my DMV paperwork and my friend's DMV paperwork. They're great people. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

Boston Road Best Motors, IncReviews
Boston Road Best Motors, Inc review
My parents were helping me search for a reliable car for my cross-country trip and while driving along Boston Road their eyes caught a Subaru Legacy Outback on the lot of Boston Road Best Motors so they made a U-turn and went in to take a closer look. They liked what they saw, and had their questions answered by Jerry, who, by-the-way is t h e b e s t sales professional in the automobile sales industry. With no pressure by Jerry to make a purchase, they made an offer and a couple of days later they purchased the vehicle. Now two months and a road trip of over 3,500 miles later, my car performs like a champion. This was the best deal my parents ever got, and the coolest gift I?ve received. Thanks Mom & Dad, and Thanks Jerry for your honesty, sincerity, and professionalism!
2011 GMC Acadia review
I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2022 GMC Acadia review
I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

2018 GMC Acadia review
I have driven GMC SUVs for many years..my current 2018 GMC XLT has been my favorite....comfort and drivability unsurpassed..today my husband and I were in a serious accident, rear ended at fairly high speed...the back end was pushed in all the way to rear seat...we were not hurt and are so grateful to GMC. The sheriff staff there and the wrecker driver both stated we were very fortunate to have been driving the Acadia..it absorbed the wreck so well. I had just said this past week how much I loved driving this car and how pretty I still thought it was. Hopefully I will be able to get in a new Acadia. Thank you GMC for providing a truly safe vehicle.

I havent had 1 issue since then I love my acadia even with all the posted complaints it seems to be a very reliable vehicle clean inside and out paint job is in mint condition interior is spotless motor runs great and i have warranty on all parts i dont see what everyone is complaining about this vehicle is great mind you I had a 2008 acadia that had the worst issues ever every week i was sending it to the shop so the 2011 is by far much better in every way

Bomnin Chevrolet Buick GMC Nanuet review
Can't recommend Fady enough! From the moment I walked in he was attentive, patient and really knew his stuff. He answered every question I threw at him without hesitation. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. 5 stars. Ask for Fady!
2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

Bomnin Chevrolet Buick GMC Nanuet review
We had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. We were close to walking away when his manager couldn't accommodate our request, but John went the extra mile to find a solution and ultimately made the deal happen. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. John is a tremendous asset to this dealership, and we highly recommend working with him.
2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

CarMax Fayetteville review
We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.
