I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
I feel I was treated fair. They listened to what I had to say and I feel I was dealt with honestly. I did not buy the vehicle I have now from Wilkin’s but I will consider buying my next vehicle from them.I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
As always the friendliness and level of service was excellent. The work was done in a timely fashion and we were in and out in less than an hour. Also as always I do believe the level of service should be matched by a courtesy of vacuuming the interior--this is my only caveat to a great experience.

I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
Absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a car last month (and I love it) when I test drove it it had a flat, they replaced the valve stem. Fast forward a month and that tire is flat again. I took the car in, they saw me right away, patched the tire and ordered a new one. It arrived the next day, they put it on and it cost me nothing. I will be a customer for life.
My wife and I just took delivery of a 2017 Cruze. Our salesman Jay Coleman was the best. This was my wife's first new car and she doesn't make decisions quickly. I was shopping for a car that was listed and verified it was still listed. I went to go look and couldnt find it(was Sunday). I emailed asking about it as we wanted to buy it. I got a call monday saying it was sold friday but no ome bothered to take it down online. Very frustrating.
