We went in there without planning, just trying to find a reliable car with reasonable price for my brother who came to the USA on a green card visa. My brother can???t get a loan because he has no credit history yet. The dealership were so helpful in finding him the car with the price range that he can afford. I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

Everyone I came in contact with went above and beyond my expectations. All staff made me feel welcome and really went out their way to help me out. Very happy with the way I was treated by everyone.
I contacted WH regarding a used vehicle I saw on Cars.com. They followed up (several times) with calls and offered to bring the vehicle to dealership closer to me. I haven’t received confirmation of this but when I get it, I will be impressed and grateful regardless if I buy a vehicle from them! They are persistent but impressive.

Having been a long time customer to the Cappellino dealership I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The entire staff is attentive from sales, service and collision. The service representatives fully explain any repair and keep an up-to-date service record to insure any recalls are completed.
Disappointed in Service agent who denied me help or instruction on how to reinstall the bed cover on my GMC truck. He said there would be a $55 charge, despite the fact that I purchased the truck from the dealership and that I never received instruction on the cover.
This was 10 minute job to do myself, Unfriendly policy and implementation.
Honestly the best car buying experience ever! Our salesman Todd was courteous, personable, patient (we brought a two and six year old with us) and an all around great guy to purchase from!! We will absolutely buy another car from them in the future! Highly recommended from a family that purchases a car every few years!!
Had a great experience buying a used car from Steven after my car was totaled. He was very helpful and not pushy at all like some other car salesman I had encountered. He was very transparent and put up with my many questions like a champ!
