This truck rides well enough to commute to work everyday and has more power than I will ever need to tow my toy hauler trailer on the weekend. I used to buy 1/2 ton trucks with the biggest V8 I could find because I hated the sound of a diesel and ride with a 3/4 ton. GMC’s 3/4 ton no rides so smooth and the Duramax diesel is so quiet you can hardly tell it’s running at a stop light or drive through window.
McGovern Buick GMC was a pleasure to deal with. Our salesman Sal and the sales manager Frank we’re both honest and fair during the entire process.

Very comfortable truck that gives everyone plenty of room. It rides very well. This truck demonstrated its reliability very capably while we were at dog show in Virginia. The grounds were saturated already by hurricane Florence and another storm system dumped more rain for an additional three days. It turned the fields into a slick liquid mud that left everyone around us stuck. Our truck’s 4 wheel drive system made quick work of the situation and we were mobile and able to get out. I did spend the next day with a power washer dislodging the mud caked on the underside but we did not get stuck.
Luis Ruiz, my service advisor, is the most pleasant adviser I have ever encountered. He maintained his pleasant manor even though he was very busy. He went out to the service bay to personally check on progress. Very knowledgeable and pleasant, a true asset to McGovern Buick and GMC.

We just purchased the vehicle(used). So far, we are very pleased. It is nice to look at, inside and out. Mechanically, it runs real nice. Has quite a pick-up when you hit the gas. Mileage is awesome for a truck this size, @20 mph on the highway without towing. It has been quite a few years since we have looked at diesels and I have to say it looks like some of the typical diesel quirks I remember have been worked out.
Stopped in to browse their used car inventory. Greeted by Taylor who was very knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot and answered all my questions. Made my buying experience nothing but aces and left me feeling like I got the best possible deal I could've hoped for!

I had alot of questions about my new All Terrain Truck. When she didn't know the answer- she was honest. Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
Phil and Ron worked hard to get me the financing I needed for this truck. I???ve been very happy with the truck and look forward to using it to grow my business. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Got the Duramax Sierra SLT crew cab with pretty much all the options, I’ve tried other trucks and currently have a 2007 Chevy Duramax and it turned me to GM from the ford and dodge diesels I’ve driven/owned in the past. Blows my mind with all the options, super comfortable and rides quite nice for a truck.
My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. He had made the process very “pain free” and there was no pressure at all towards purchasing the vehicle, and also we love how everyone was very laid back there. Needs a straight axle in front for me to be considered reliable in all conditions. Independent front suspension is to weak for any real work of paved roads. Otherwise I really like it and will probably buy another one.
This dealership is fantastic. I have been purchasing and servicing cars here for 20+ years and refuse to go anywhere else. They exemplify customer loyalty.
In this case I went in for an oil change and drove off with a new car. Needed major repairs on the old car, so decided to inquire about a new one. Because they have built such a great rapport over the years, they know me and what I want. A few questions, a quick test drive, some paperwork, a handshake, and off I went in my new 2017 Lacrosse.
I trust this dealership. It continues to be a family run business, which is hard to come by these days. The Vendetti's know their vehicles, but more importantly, they know their customer.

Interior finish is great. More power than you need. Great mpg. Looks great. Tows everything I have hooked up to it without breaking a sweat. Great overall value!
The location was nice and tidy, and the staff was welcomin. Derek was our helper. He was patient and understanding, I just couldn???t make up my mind. We finally settled with a Honda CRV. Let???s just say, I???m a happy camper! THANKS Auto Mall, and Derek!

I have the very last extended cab 2500HD 4x4 Sierra from the Fort Wayne factory before it closed. I loved it new and love it now. No issues out of the 6.0 Vortec engine or 6 speed. Will not replace it with the newer model. Fuel economy predictably poor @ 15/17, approach angle poor for off road.
I am a super busy person. I called to schedule an oil change and they met every need that I had. Including letting me go before they open to have my oil changed. It was done so fast and effectively I was not late for work and I could not be happier. If you want a place that will service your car with a smile...and get it done right. This is where to go.

I bought the diesel brand new. I could smell antifreeze in the front after a week.
The dealership could not find a problem. After 32000 miles I had a low coolant alarm. After 4 days and some help from the internet the dealer found the leak at the bottom of the radiator.
GM was generous enough to pay about $300 of a $750 bill for a problem that was there from the start. They gave me the illusion they cared and was going to give me more assistance. Nope!
GM vehicles have a problem with the radiators and the connections. I have read many strings at the truck forums regarding coolant issues. The radiator has no cap which causes it to be very hard to "burp" the system when one needs to change out a poorly engineered radiator. The last GM vehicle for me.

We use our GMC Denali 2500 mostly for towing our 7,500 pound travel trailer. A big factor in high ratings is the diesel. With the tow/haul mode engaged, the mountains of north Georgia and the Smokies were no problem. Especially liked the exhaust brake on the long, steep downhills; it kept the rig totally safe under all braking conditions. We tow at 60 and get about 14 mpg with no headwind. If you tow campers or fifth wheelers, you know how good this is. We don't have the navigation screen, so the rear view camera appears on part of the rear view mirror. The image is small for hitching up; still need a spotter. The 2014 may not be as quiet as the upgraded 2015's, but noise is never an issue, and the Bose system sounds terrific. Just be really careful parking a crew cab with standard bed at Walmart......
