I had two issues with the car I was purchasing one cosmetic and the other a part that wasnt working right, I made it known to the sales man before I started with the process but they only choose to fix the part regardless of the fact that the car was priced $800 above the recommended cars.com price. Other than that the process was pleasant.
This was the best car buying experience ever. The staff was friendly and very professional. The deals are unbelievable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great car's at the best price.
Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss.
Great customer service before and after the sale. I purchased a 2005 Acura RL from Perry and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They got me approved and had all of the financing worked out before I got there. The car was exactly as described and all of the paperwork was already done, no waiting.

They are very understanding of your finances and they work with you. They keep you in touch throughout the whole process. I bought a car from them and I love in another state. They took the time to bring it to me in Georgia instead of me having to take time out of my schedule to come get it. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.
