Adam, Gregg, Ryan and the rest of the team at Star really put in time and effort to make me happy in the truck I wanted, with a rate, payment, and ext warranty that I expected. This is my 5th vehicle from Star, and I will continue to deal there, as well as send my friends.
Dave went above and beyond to make sure the entire buying process went as smooth as possible. He worked hard to make sure we got the very best deal, the very best service and the very best over experience we could have hoped for. He strives to put the customer first, recognizing the hard-working individuals and families behind these purchases and helps you save as much money as possible without sacrificing EXCELLENT customer service! Rob Eddinger was a pleasure to finalize the process with and made the overall experience the best I've encountered thus far. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else, these two were the best!
My Experience at Sands was the way it should be at every dealership! I'm that tough customer who contemplates and perseverates until I find exactly what I want. Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great dealership. There was no pressure and they were very friendly and helpful. They stayed open way past their closing time just to accommodate me. They were fair and reasonable with their offer. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

After shopping for weeks online I went to Abeloff and the rest is history. The contact through email with Maylen was absolutely outstanding and then when we came to the dealership she set us up with Brendon Myers. After a few test drives we found a 2015 Nissan Rogue that we loved. The day I came to pick the car up my salesman Brendon asked if I could hang for a few minutes because they decided to put new tires on the vehicle for me before I took it home for no extra charge. The experience from top to bottom was outstanding and I highly recommend this dealership and Brendon.
it was a pleasure dealing with our sales person, Rick, and the entire staff at Abeloff. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They easily exceeded any experience I have had in the 30 years I have been leasing cars.
Had a situation where I hit a pothole and ruined a tire, contacted a couple of more local dealers to get Road Hazard repair as I live about an hour from flemington. The local service centers once they heard that the vehicle was NOT purchased there, had reasons as to why they couldn't get to it. I called the flemington service desk, the service representative not only made room for my service call, but arranged for a loaner as well. Maria was assigned as my contact and she kept me appraised of the progress of the repair. As well as calling the road hazard insurance company and coordinated the coverage with my needs. Two days later, I got my car back with four new tires (another one had a slow leak and needed replacement), at a very reasonable price.
After dealing with 3 local dealerships and having a terrible experience at two of them, I decided to expand my range a bit. Emailed the dealership to see if they would want me to stop in even though it would be close to their closing time on a Saturday. I received a call from the sales manager Joe and he said if I could get there before closing time he would be happy to assist me and earn my business. I made it there with only 10 minutes to spare. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so I didn't have to test drive and all that. Still took about 2 hours to get out the door with the new car. Some of this was due to the finance person going over all this "extra coverage" that they offer and it sounded like it was included with the purchase of the vehicle to make sure the customer is happy with everything. You find out at the end of the speech that you have to pay for this extra coverage if you want it. Would have saved about 10-15 minutes if they just asked up front if you want their "extended warranty" coverage to which you can just say "no" and move on to the next step. While going through the paperwork process, salesman Shawn went ahead and cleaned up the vehicle and prepped it to go. Signed off on all the paperwork and away I went. Kudos to Shawn and Joe for their professional yet friendly attitude and willingness to help even when it was time for them to leave for the day.
