They inspected my car and confirmed that the repair was fully covered under warranty. From that moment on, I became a loyal customer. They have continued to earn my trust with every visit. I even brought my son's Kia in because one of the tires was making a strange noise. They took it for a test drive, checked everything over, and honestly told us they could not find anything wrong. Best of all, they did not charge us. What I appreciate most is their honesty and transparency. I never feel like I am being overcharged or pressured into unnecessary repairs. They only recommend work when my vehicle truly needs it. It is difficult to find a service department you can genuinely trust, one that charges fairly and does the job right. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, from the service department to the sales team when I stop in to drop off my car. I hope they continue providing the same outstanding customer service and transparency because that is what keeps customers like me coming back year after year.
2020 GMC Sierra 2500 review
This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!

1995 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I bought a 1995 GMC 2500 Sierra 4x4, new in August 1994. It we went to Florida in her about 10 times. And several dozen trips to the Canadian wilderness towing boats and travel trailers. I only had one time it gave me an issue. A stater mount bolt broke . I held the starter in with a piece of firewood,while my buddy turned her over. Off to town,2 hours from camp to get a drill bit and easy out for my cordless drill. And of coarse a grade 8 bolt. Other then that . I was looking for a safe car for my daughter, and happened upon a Hyundai at Auto House that was in our budget. I had never worked with them before, and was a little concerned by a negative review. Turned out there was no need to worry. They are a business, and won't hold a car for you on a "I might be interested", and no one should expect that from ANY dealership. I was interested in a car, so I wrote them a (refundable) deposit to temporarily hold the car so I could schedule my mechanic to review it. When my mechanic was available, I picked up the car and took it in. My mechanic found an issue. I still wanted the car, but I wanted that issue addressed. Auto House worked out a fair price to do the work, and the car was ready for delivery 2 days later. We've had the car a week, and so far no surprises which is what we were hoping for.
2016 GMC Sierra 2500 review
Could never buy another truck after owning this. I'm only getting rid of it cause I ordered a 2021. Hands down, this is the best of the best!!

2011 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I bought mine in 2017, 2nd owner. It had 36,000 miles on it when I bought it, getting ready to turn a 100,000 miles, and the only thing I've had to do to it, is replace the Def heater, other than that, it's been a great truck. 👍

1993 GMC Sierra 2500 review
The only issue i found on the 2500 automatic 4speed w/overdrive 4x4 is that when pulling heavy loads of long periods of time, you will burn up the transmission IF you do not install a secondary transmission cooler! these can be found in any auto parts store for around 29.99 and can be easily installed yourself or have it done by someone that knows how or professionally. after that you are good to go with know problems on this vehicle. as long as you keep up your regular service on it like any other vehicle.

2024 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.
