I recently bought a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate from Robert Brogden GMC, and I have to say the entire experience was outstanding thanks to two incredible people: Jimmy and Paul. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Yukon Denali Ultimate, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Then came Paul in finance ? what a pro! He made the financing process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable (which I didn?t think was possible). I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!
