Although I live on Long Island, I chose to bring my 2021 Corvette back to Executive (where I purchased it) for a minor problem. I was impressed with the service mgr.(Kevin) because he was concerned that the Vette was parked under a tree, and told an employee to move it so it wouldn't get soiled(sap). I was grateful that Jennifer was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours of me calling her. Mark was my service advisor and he was a pleasure to deal with- he took the time to explain to me the problem and the steps they took, and the phone calls they made to Chevrolet, to resolve the problem. When the repair was completed the Corvette tech. (Steve) parked the car off to the side where it would be "safe". Everybody that handled the car treated it with respect. Although it's almost a 300 mile roundtrip from my home, I will definitely use Executive for my scheduled services.

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. 2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

I currently live in Queens and attempted to buy local. I called my local dealers and managed to work up deals that's worked within my budget. The problem came when I arrived to pick my vehicle up. The pricing changed, the payment changed, what a waste of my time! This happened multiple times. I finally decided to reach out a little further and called Riverhead Dodge. A nice young lady worked up a lease for me and the pricing was actually better than others I received. It sounded to good to be true but I decided to take a trip anyway. After previous experiences, I prepare myself for disappointment. Fast forward... Upon arrival, I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee cleaned to perfection and ready to go. I was greeted by my sales person (Bonnie) with a smile, management was very welcoming as well. Bonnie went over my Jeep top to bottom, and explained every option. It was after that, I spoke to the finanacial person (Joe) who explained everything regarding my loan in great detail. At that point, I braced myself for disappointment but, to my elation,dissapointment never came! Nothing changed! The price agreed over the phone was the price I received . They even found an extra rebate for me, so the price was even better! Upon completion, the owner came out to thank me for my business! I've never been more impressed in my life. I am so glad I decided to keep faith and take the trip out to Riverhead! I highly recommend this dealership! Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)
