The people here are so nice and will do everything to help you find the car that works for you and in your price range. As a first time car buyer I had an amazing experience getting a car. I was looking at originally at a Jeep Compass and ended up getting a Nissan Rogue. I am much more happy with this choice gas millage wise then the compass. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Garnell Woolridge is a excellent salesman service technician Kevin Bright was very helpful in the service center an the IT specialist Jonathan was knowledgeable setting vehicle radio an mirrors safety setting such as vibrating seats etc
Nice dealership, the only small issue I had was waiting for someone to wait on me. I had a appointment, drove into service bay area, took sometime before a (I think) a manager walked up to me and asked if I was taken care of, said no, he took me to a service person who in turn did help, there was quite a few service people but all were on phones. After that, everything was fine.
I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.
They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!
