At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. I fell in love with my GMC Terrain when I test drove it and have not lost that loving feeling! I have received tons of compliments on it.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I was complaining about my Nissan kicks for not having a seatbelt alarm which I felt was important.i didn’t give the good aspects of the car and there many.it has “blind spot detection and backup camera and more.i really liked the car.its very nice looking and drives very nice. Eric the salesman was very helpful and I would have kept the car I grew to like it a lot.smooth drive.but no audible seatbelt alarm was what is making me unable to keep it.i will miss my “kicks” I really liked it.but safety first.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. Professional overstood my life agenda at this point and time in my life to lease.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I tend to dread the car buying process for a variety of reasons. I was able to do a lot of research online and shared my plan with the team at North Star and not once did I feel pressured to make a decision or speed any part of it up. I feel that my wishes and requirements were respected and the overall process was really smooth. I really respect that I wasn't badgered and harassed about buy-ups in the Finance office when I was signing everything as I have been at one of your competitors in the past. I listened, gave my response, and we moved on. If more dealers were up front and honest about this stuff, as North Star was, this wouldn't be a notoriously hated process to go through!

Every time I take my vehicle to #1 Cochran to get it serviced I am amazed at the professionalism and the genuine Customer Care. Every service is explained and the wait time is minimal. I purchased my vehicle at the West Liberty Ave location and each time upon exiting the facility my vehicle is washed. Kudos to # 1 Cochran

GMC Canyon Denali with the 2.7 Duramax diesel is a loaded power house with great fuel economy. 4x4 has a towing capacity of 7000 pounds, the best in class. 31 MPG on the highway! Previously owned a Tacoma but it would not pull our travel trailer with the V-6. Highly recommend the Canyon diesel, if you can find one!
