2024 GMC Canyon review
Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

2022 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

After having an unpleasant experience dealing with another local Chevy dealership, I was more than impressed with Anthony D' Amore. He was extremely friendly, personable, an overall joy to interact with. His exemplary customer service was displayed in two major ways: 1. When I was getting checked in with him, I received a notification of my doctors appointment, that I totally forgot I had in one hour. Since my car's service was not going to be done in time, he arranged one of his team members to give me a ride right away so I did not miss the appointment. 2. When we were troubleshooting why my rear TV's were not working correctly he was able to help me figure out the cables I had might be the issue. He even went all over the dealership trying to track down something that would interface/fix the issue. He also made the recommendation as to the correct cables I should buy, and assisted me with that purchase. On top of that, he followed up with me a couple days later to check in. During that call, he even offered to bring his own set up into the dealership to further troubleshoot this issue. Anthony's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and AMAZING customer services will be bringing me back to Concord Chevy for any and all services and/or purchases going forward!!! I will be recommending him and Concord Chevy to anyone I know in need of services and/or car purchases!!! AWESOME job Anthony!!!

2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.

2019 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

My check engine light came on on my gently used Volkswagen Atlas RLine model, new to me, so I scheduled an appointment for service I laid for extended warranty at the time I purchased the vehicle I don't recall what all is covered I just know the engine and tranny was on there lol typical right. Overall,1 this dealership helped me find out what my warranty covered and found that I had an additional warranty that had not expired yet. End of story my catalytic converterer is bad and there for Tracy Volkswagin found out it is covered the ordered the part which is on back order, so now I'm waiting hoping it will arrive soon to get my baby fixed it's hard to find someone to work on these vehicles but when you have warranty and a great service dealership like Tracy Volkswagon with great customer service you wait could never go wrong. Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.
2018 GMC Acadia review
I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

2022 GMC Terrain review
Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. Will continue to buy this model for years to come highly recommend an affordable and practical vehicle!
