Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. Picked up my GMC Sierra 2500 from Bob Caldwell and couldn’t be happier. Even though it’s a Dodge/Ram/Jeep dealer, the deal was smooth and drama-free. Erik was solid straight shooter, knew his stuff, and didn’t play games. In and out, keys in hand. Kevin also had the Jeeps I wanted to test drive waiting right up front for me! Once I bought my Wrangler, it was serviced, inspected and cleaned waiting for me upfront. my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him.
