I left feeling good about the financing, and amazing about the car I brought home. You could tell he shared in my excitement which is just cool. He wasn't pushy at all, in fact, I didn't know he was a salesman at Southtowne for the first 40 minutes of our conversation. He found the perfect car for me! Great vibes all the way around. Russell Mattice was the one who helped us this time with our 50k service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He also made sure we got a good deal with what had to be done. Mark Knickerbocker, who has sold us 3 cars, was also very accommodating by letting us use his car to do errands instead of waiting out the 2-3 hour service in the dealership. We live 2 hours away and usually do a lot of errands when we go to the city. He has always done this for us and that shows that he is thankful for and never forgets the business we gave him. Larry H. Miller Chevy in Provo will always be my preferred dealership. Everyone there is very nice and professional. I have never had a bad experience with the people who work there. Keep it up!
The overall experience at Larry H Miller Chevrolet was phenominal. The sale and financial tansactions was extremely efficient and had ua out the door in less than two houra. We received am extremely competitive deal. Special thanks to our sales person, Torrey Hukill who was extremely pleasant and professional.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Fantastic experience buying a new Terrain at SLV GMC. The sales reps, Lucas and Jason, were courteous, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about us making the right decision on a new car. The managers, Rob and Mike, were friendly and non-aggressive; all other dealerships we visited, unfortunately, did not meet this standard set by SLV GMC. Ultimately, we got a fair value on our trade-in and a great price on a new car. Cannot overstate how great this place is.

I recently visited SLC Buick GMC, as I was experiencing an engine sputter, accompanied by two warning lights on my dashboard display. It was excellent because of Winter Jacobson. I was told by the Express rep that my issue could not be solved without coming in another day and making an expensive appointment, after I was told several times I could do it via express. Winter made that happen. She rocks and saved my day. You are top of my list due exclusively to the way she solved my problem. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for under $100. She needs a big raise!
