I have 172,000 miles on it; I have owned it for 6.5 years. I still have the original brakes on it. I get 25-26 mpg highway. I got 137,000 mile on tires that are rated for 60,000 miles. It has 2.9L 4 cylinder engine. It’s a great truck to drive on highway, and It got a lot of highway miles on it. I use for work, and I put about 600 miles on it per week.
Bocker always does a great job! The service dept is friendly and professional. Love that they vacuum the interior after an oil change. I've purchased several cars there, and have all service work done there. I trust them to do good work at a reasonable cost.
A very comfortable, quiet ride.

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
I was travelling thru Stockton to Iowa...still 2 hours to go to get to my destination. I needed immediate care of my Toyota & was fortunate to get to this dealership. The receptionist was thorough in getting my information. The service department was outstanding in fixing my problem. I was extremely pleased with the care that I received in what could have been a stressful situation. Kudos to whoever trained these employees in providing customer service!!

I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.

Price was too high for my liking. Felt like it wasn’t worth that much so I didn’t pursue to try to buy it etc etc
My son came home from school, some six hours away over the Thanksgiving weekend. Upon his arrival, the brakes were making a horrible sound. I made a quick online appointment, for Friday after Thanksgiving, hoping that the car could truly be looked at on such short notice, and concerned that his trip on Sunday would need to be delayed. I called Wednesday early ans spoke to Jack. He said he would do his best, but they were very booked. Not only did they look at the vehicle, but Steve made sure the vehicle was ready for me on Friday. No small feat considering there schedule, but also with the unexpected amount of work the brakes plus required with such low miles. Symdon Chevrolet is truly a wonderful place. They bent over backwards to see that my son was back on the road Sunday in a safe vehicle. I am very thankful.

This car meets all of my needs. There's plenty of legroom and the car is very comfortable to travel in. It gets good gas mileage and all of the features are easy to operate.
I drive over 40 miles to have my vehicle serviced in Mt Horeb because they bend over backwards to make sure my expectations are met. We were in Utah and I had an issue with my vehicle. We called back and talked to Steve in Mount Horeb and he was able to have our problem fixed under warranty. The dealer in Utah didn???t even bother to check his computer to see if there was a recall. This is the kind of service I always get in Mount Horeb. They are the best !

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
Hectic busy Monday morning and Jack was able have someone looking at my truck with no appointment. Went to sales dept. and Jack tracked me down to give me an update. Orders parts got back next day. AWESOME
Annoying noise from plastic rear bumper on highway

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
They were very helpful in pricing of tires to placing the tires on. The guys in parts to the guys that actually did the replacing are all very nice and they always take really good care of us each and every time we are in. Too many of them to name.

I’m waiting to sign the papers to buy a 2015 Acadia AWD SLE-2. Took it for a test drive and it has what I want for my family. I can’t wait to take it home!
Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
This truck is so comfortable to travel in with the electronic suspension, air conditioned front seats, heated quad captains seats with lots of legroom, and plenty of room in the back for gear or 2 more passengers
I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
It was an easy pain free process. Everyone was nice and friendly. Oil changes for life for free and fresh made cookies. Go see Aaron if you need a new car!

I love it this vehicle is very spacious, great gas mileage and features. The stereo is pretty loud. The seats aren't automatic but to me I prefer that since that's one more electrical thing I'd have replace eventually.
