I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

This dealership has an impressive slate of exotic cars, I was just looking for a lesser jag. They treated me very well not pushy and very helpful. There were no hassles in getting to test drive the car I was looking at. When I decided to walk away there was no pushback or pressure to “ run the numbers”. Both the sales person and the manager communicate with me to ensure my experience was a positive one.

I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.
