Susie Fritz was an expert sales associate. So friendly, new my name two days later than the original visit; very professional, easy going, and newher product well. Jack Valentine was very helpful with my finances, explaining several options that I had and the pros and cons. Very efficient - my time was not wasted.

The sales person - Dominic Martinelli - was extremely helpful and patient in helping me search and find the truck I was looking for. He was able to answer all of my questions related to the truck, and he also helped me work out the price of the vehicle (related to incentives and the price of the loan payment to stay within my budget), and my trade-in value before I made my purchase. I felt I knew exactly what to expect with no hidden fees or agendas.

The buying experience was terrific at C Harper Buick GMC! The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. They had the exact vehicle that I wanted and worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. The sales and financing process were smooth and the general and sales managers were both awesome in supporting the salesman and the buying process. The vehicle was cleaned and gassed up and ready to go when promised. Overall a great experience and a big thank you to Dave, Kirk, and Matt! Highly recommend that you check them out.

This is the 4th car we have bought from this dealership. Each time, we’ve had a different sales rep, and each now has been professional and very kind. The service department is always fabulous, does great work. We bought a Titan today and our rep, Andrew Griglio, was awesome. He took his time, answered all the questions and made the purchase of my new truck a lot of fun! The woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, was awesome. She was on top of everything. Jim Fronzaglio, the manager, was very friendly and kept checking to make sure we were okay. Also worked a fantastic deal. We didn’t get to see Mark Wolf, the finance manager, as he wasn’t in today. However, he has done the financing for our first three vehicles and love working with him. Thanks guys! Always a pleasure to buy a car from you and then have it serviced there!

Most pleasant car buying experience! Lisa was outstanding! She was very patient as I test drove truck after truck, after until I got exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!
