Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

There buying process is pretty simple and easy, easier than I thought it would be! And I received great service and have no complaints, plan on buying my next car from them as well!

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

buying a car is a stressful adventure. We want the right car, a fair deal, and questions answered. I knew which car I wanted and to the salesman’s credit he did not try to up sell me to a new or more expensive car. I live in Oklahoma in a town to small for an Acura dealership. I wa therefore shopping online. The car they delivered was as nice if not nicer than the on line pictures. I left some important things in the console and they were shipped to me promptly. Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.

Just came away from this dealership with two leased vehicles and am very happy with the experience. Our sales person worked very hard to meet all of our goals. This is the second time in two years we have bought cars from this dealer and will be back again. Recommend calling and making an appointment before you visit if you are serious about buying a vehicle be caused the sales staff is very focused on satisfying their customers.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. 7 years old and I've never had a single mechanical issue. Just maintain it per factory specs. Great gas mileage. Not a car to pick up chicks with.:0)==-)

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

After reading several of the negative reviews on the sales experience at Molle Audi, I was extremely apprehensive when I visited today (July 7, 2017) to evaluate the Audi product line. I was pleasantly surprised. Went to the receptionist, she immediately contacted a sales specialist, (Justin Bird) and within two minutes we were discussing my needs. I explained to Justin that I was in the process of evaluating several cars (Audi Q5/Q7, Lexus RX, BMW X3/X5, Volvo XC90), and was not in a position to make a decision. Justin thoroughly understood, provided a great overview of the models in which I was interested, and answered all of my questions. Very low pressure, and a most pleasant experience. As we parted, Justin asked to stay in touch, and let him know if he could be of further assistance. Wish all auto buying experiences were like this.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. The guy that helped me had very great customer service skills and was very friendly. I have a crystler 300 and the oil needed changed and transmission fluid checked. I was expecting to pay around $250-300 bucks but got a discounted price and only paid $165. I definitely will be going back when service to my vehicle is needed again

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

Got this car in 2017 with 80k miles. In the spring summer and fall the car got about 35-39 mpg. In the winter it went to a low of 32 mpg. Saved tons on gas only filling up the roughly 8 gal tank once a month. The ride is fun just straight fun! The handling feels fantastic in total control at all times! It both rides like and feels like a go kart right turns and fast acceleration. Don’t be fooled by the small engine the car can easily reach 60 mph and above and maintain it. Would highly revoke this car for anyone looking for something 10k or under that is looking for a car that while being not too expensive looks unique and high end. Plenty of trunk space almost a deceiving amount with adjustable “back seat”. There is a “back seat” but without seatbelts it is not legal to have passengers l. With surround sound the speakers have quality sound that goes all around the car and sound nice. Personally put the car through tough circumstances driving it through dirt rounds in the winter up a mountain and it handled beautifully despite not being made for that at all. Performs best on back roads where speed limit is 30-50 mph. Objectively I would say that the only downsides are there are only two seats but being small can have pros too and the cold weather and the car being particularly electric the battery depletes semi often. Also on some models or maybe all (idk I only had one model) the lights are not automatic and and there will be a beep sometimes if you leave them on when the keys are out but there have been times when it did not and I left the lights on. But all in all the car is quick, fast, stable, and more reliable and sturdy then it seems. Again the handling feels amazing and works wonders in corners. HIGHLY RECOMMEND bang for your buck.

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.
