We drove down from WA to test drive a used vehicle that we were very interested in. We liked it, so we made an offer and they promptly refused it. Be prepared to wheel and deal haha but to be honest the first finance man we spoke with was abit abrasive. :( But our salesman, Dustin, was very helpful and as we were walking out the door, he asked what would it take for us to buy the car. We told him and he went back in to ask. This time they agreed to our deal but it was closing time and we needed to head back to WA. We thought we could come back down the next day but life got in the way. The GM, Mr. David, told me not to worry, he would put a sold sign in vehicle without any money down. I sincerely appreciated this kind and helpful gesture! Two days later, we made our way back to dealership and it literally took less than 2 hours and I was driving back to WA in my used but new to me vehicle--which I love!! I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Great quality vehicle service with equal quality customer service. Flexible scheduling & quick work. They offered a free loaner for the afternoon, but the waiting room had good coffee & snacks. Never a bad experience while here! While waiting for our work to be finished, we asked the nicest salesman ever, Mason, for a test drive of a used car we may be interested in. That didn't work out so he treated us to a test drive of a brand new car off the delivery truck. We loved it, but we were sure it would be out of our budget. Mason and his finance team worked some magic and were able to give us some very reasonable terms that were much less than we were expecting. This is the second car we've bought from Mason at Ron Tonkin and the experience with him and the rest of the team has always been so pleasurable and stress free!

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.
