We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I came in today to see what was happening with my car and Mariana (my service advisor) was so welcoming, friendly and took care of me and my child while waiting on the status of my vehicle. Mariana also set up a driver to take us home (we don't stay close) and was very efficient. I forgot the name of the driver that took us home but he was friendly as well and held a nice conversation. Top tier customer service all around!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

This is my second Prius. I am bullish on Toyota autos. The stereo system is awesome. I purchased this vehicle to obtain great fuel mileage. This model year's Prius generates better fuel economy than the 2007 model I previously owned. The safety features prevent accidents due to unavoidable blind spots when viewing oncoming traffic thru the side-view mirrors. Pitfalls: less rear trunk storage space than the 2007 model. The center console box has less volume. I demanded a donut spare tire when I purchased this model. Not all models have donut spare tires. I do not think this is a auto to have in a cold climate state - - yearly issue of snow/ice and below freezing temps.

Great experience and nice selection of late model cars. Friendly staff. Wasn't sure if I would get approved but was approved in just a few minutes.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

I have owned the car for nearly 6 yrs, and it previously was owned by the Porsche dealer's owner, so I knew it was well taken care of for the 13000 miles on it before I bought it. I have put on 62K miles and have had relatively few problems, nothing major. Normal maintenance and expenses are not cheap, but love the feel and looks of the car. Previously only owned 2 door Porsches and never thought I would buy a 4 door. Glad I got the car.

I had an excellent experience at Audi Northlake and wanted to take the time to give credit where it’s due. My brake warning light came on, so I brought my car in to have it checked. During the inspection, the team discovered that the shop who previously changed my brakes had left old brake pads lodged between the gas tank and the frame. I want to be very clear — Audi Northlake did NOT cause this issue. Even though the mistake wasn’t theirs, they took ownership of the situation and were upfront, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining what happened and how it affected the car. Robert was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process — knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely cared about making things right. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Because I service my car there regularly, they acknowledged that they felt bad the issue wasn’t caught during a prior visit and they went above and beyond by giving me a very generous discount on replacing the brakes and calipers. I spoke with Ashley over the phone. She was so helpful. She found me a car based on my needs. She went ahead and started the process over the phone for me, stay in contact with me about which day I could come etc. She made sure when I got there the guys that finished the process up for me knew I was coming etc. Walked in they was ready and knew exactly what I came for. I recently took my BMW to the Charlotte location for my annual maintenance service and had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and straightforward, with no issues at all. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and clearly walked through what to expect during the service. I was told the estimated wait time would be between one to two hours. The waiting area was decent. It is not on the scale of a large, luxury dealership, but it was comfortable and perfectly fine for what I needed. Surprisingly, the service was completed much faster than expected, in about an hour and five minutes. One thing I really appreciated was the communication process. I was told that once the service was completed, the technician would send a video showing the work that had been done and pointing out anything that might need attention. That process worked exactly as described. After I received the video, someone came to let me know my car was ready. Everything flowed smoothly with no hiccups or confusion. Overall, it was a positive and efficient experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership for service and maintenance.

MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!
