Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

We were visiting from out of town when our car started having issues. With no appointment, we stopped by the Kia dealership and were lucky enough to be helped by Tracy. She went above and beyond to get us in quickly, and within just a couple of hours, we were back on the road. Tracy’s professionalism, kindness, and urgency turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. We’re so grateful she made time for us and helped us continue our vacation without major delays. I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Great service for oil change, radiator coolant replacement. Very affordable service worth the wait time as well. If you own a KIA use this dealership for service needs.

Great car for the cost Only problem was that it is easy to pinch a finger with the door handles while opening and closing the doors

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

No car issues compared to previous cars I’ve had. Traveled from NJ to NYC for at least 9 months using this car. Only issue was getting new tires of how much I was traveling. 155k odo running like it’s brand new. $20 a week on gas. Traveling at least 24 miles 5x a week. Reliable, gas saver and comfortable car.
