I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

Interior it’s bigger then you think . A lot of space for luggage. High performance car and very reliable. When you drive this car , you spent 30-35k$ but all people look and ask if you spend over 100k$ when you park your car people look at you all the time

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Great sporty car. Lots of good interior features. It’s a 2 door, which I prefer. Car has lots of cameras and safety features. Interior is beautiful and comfy. Good trunk space. Had X3 traded out for this. I owned four doors and one other two door. Really like the two door!

I just bought a car from Phat's Auto Group about a month ago, it was my first time buying a car. I was looking for a used Toyota SUV and found a Highlander there. Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

80,000 miles so far on my 2013 Prius C. My car has been hit twice and has come out of those repairs with zero issues, still feels like the car it was the day I bought it (purchased new from dealership). Incredible gas mileage. Only downside to this car is that it is not a quiet ride. I can really only use Bluetooth for calls if I’m driving around the city, as soon as I’m on the highway it’s too loud.

2 years later and I’ve come back to do business with Anaheim Hyundai. Let me just say I had a smooth and professional process. Jerron was a delight to work with he was very professional and communicated with me through all the process he was able to go step by step on warranties and helping me choose the right car. We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

I spoke to Phat on the phone. Everything he told me was true. The person who helped me when I came in was courteous and knowledgeable about the truck. He gave me the key and let me drive it. I didn’t realize how much larger the Tundra is over a Tacoma. I didn’t buy because I like a smaller truck. My helper understood and did not try to pressure me. I would recommend Phat’s to anyone looking for a used car or truck.

The seats are comfortable. It is a very reliable car. I had a 2012 and I got this one during the pandemic - before everyone went crazy overpaying! I was surprised and happy to discover that mine has a heated steering wheel - there was only 1 available that had 2400 miles (it was used as a loaner). The 1 complaint I have is that it is VERY noisy and you hear the traffic (I drive on a major tollway a lot). I am seriously thinking of getting another car because of this. Apple play is glitchy, but would not do without it. So overall I would recommend it.

I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)

I will never drive another car but Prius again. My little C can fit 8 foot boards inside, it gets at least 45+ miles a gallon, has been INCREDIBLY RELIABLE in the 11 years. The previous C was hit on the driver's side by Lexus SUV at FULL speed and I climbed out unharmed on the other side. That little car absorbed so much force to keep me save. Prius FOREVER.

Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!
