Avis Car Sales San AntonioReviews
Avis Car Sales San Antonio review
Great experience at Avis Car Sales in the purchase of our Ford Bronco. The no haggle, no hidden fee process was refreshing. Kevin was nice and helpful. This was the first time we've tried Avis to purchase a vehicle and we'll be back to purchase our next here.
2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

Principle BMW of San AntonioReviews
Principle BMW of San Antonio review
We arrived at BMW of San Antonio after two weeks of looking at different vehicles, and we initially landed on an X5 xDrive40i. We assumed it would be perfect and that anything bigger would be out of our budget. While we were really impressed with its performance during the test drive, a closer inspection revealed that my son's knees were very close to the back of the driver's seat. We thought that was the end of the road and that we'd need to look elsewhere. Fortunately, we found a low-mileage BMW X7 at a great price! Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including our two salesmen Pete and Don Wilkinson (who i actually think may be a manager) Pete was amazingly helpful (he filled in when Don was tied up with appointments) so was the Sales Manager, the General Manager, Mr. Laird last but not least the Finance Manager went above and beyond getting out deal done!! We test drove the X7 xDrive40i and were so impressed by its features and didn't lack performance being a bigger vehicle I highly researched the reliability and decided to pulled the trigger. Not to mention My son and I both sat in the back and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible amount of room and comfort. I cannot reiterate the amount of features enough!!! It is now parked at our new home, and we cannot wait for the road trip adventures to come! Highly recommend this dealership! And Don's product knowledge is second to none , you can not go wrong with Pete he made us feel so welcome and answered all of my questions and there were many! Lol
2027 MINI Hardtop review
This is a fantastic car. If you want a well-built, sporty small car with lots of personality and quirks this is hands down the best option. PROS: Speedy, great handling, distinctive body shape and exterior styling, great tech, comfortable and great fuel efficiency, bmw engineering at a discount, lots of personality and quirks, quiet interior, smooth on the highway CONS: Expensive, small, not a lot of cargo space, back seat is not comfortable on long trips, the touchscreen controls are complex, takes premium gas, maintenance and upkeep are bmw prices

Audi DominionReviews
Audi Dominion review
Audi Dominion in San Antonio is THE BEST! I flew from AZ to San Antonio, specifically because Audi Dominion offered the most extensive selection of used Audi's in the country. Ariel spent the entire day with me, and expertly explained the nuanced in-and-out's of every model I test drove. Roland and Rick made it all come together by arranging very attractive pricing and hassle-free delivery to AZ. I've been driving my 2020 SQ5 for a month now, and literally 'tingle' every time the engine roars to live (no EVs for me :-)). THANK YOU Audi Dominion!!! Satisfied in Scottsdale

Gillman Honda of San AntonioReviews
Gillman Honda of San Antonio review
I had an excellent experience with Gillman Honda San Antonio and highly recommend them. I traveled from Laredo to lease my new 2026 Honda Pilot Black Edition, and Montella “Monty” Lagunas made the entire process straightforward and comfortable. Monty was patient, responsive, and willing to provide the information I requested before I made the trip. Most importantly, the dealership honored the price and lease terms we had discussed. There were no surprise charges or unwanted add-ons, and they even included the ceramic tint at no additional cost. Monty treated me with kindness and respect throughout the process and made sure I felt comfortable before signing anything. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the wonderful service I received from everyone at Gillman Honda. I absolutely love my new Pilot!
2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

2015 Nissan Leaf review
Ok so don't let the miles or lack of engin noise scare you and you'll be fine! Electric vehicles are different from a 2015 chevy spark that cost $300 per tire, $70 oil change and $15 gas in week to $3-5 to fill up if want to pay at walmart. Charges from normal 110v socket over night. Its a trade higher insurance avg 23% and plate cost vs oil and gas costs. It should balance out plus way more fun to drive knowing gas is not a factor and your wall plug is always in trunk!

I scheduled an appointment and it didn’t take long to get my vehicle reviewed and then driven in to get serviced. The employees were very professional and the best part was that they listened to one of my concerns and checked out my vehicle to see what was going on. I didn’t feel rushed while explaining my concerns. Overall, I was pleased when I got my vehicle back, my appointment just felt good and I think because the two gentlemen signing in my vehicle took a few extra minutes LISTENING. It created a comfortable and trusting feeling while waiting and when leaving.

2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

2021 Mazda Mazda3 review
Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2013 Toyota Prius review
I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

2018 Toyota Prius review
My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

7 years old and I've never had a single mechanical issue. Just maintain it per factory specs. Great gas mileage. Not a car to pick up chicks with.:0)==-)
